The following general conditions apply to the business relations between ISTINA 2001 S.L., Calle Ángel Lozano 13, 03001, Alicante, Spain, NIF: B53603577, and the Client. Any deviations from the terms of the contract by the Client are not considered an integral part of the contract, even if they are known. The current and valid version of the terms and conditions is always available on our website www.arredo2001.comThese terms of sale come into effect on August 9, 2024. Please read them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The changes will apply to all subsequent orders received. The revised terms and conditions are effective upon publication. We will process all personal data collected in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy regarding the use of our website.
02 Contract formation
The display of products in our online store does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. After entering all the required order details, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the 'Place Order' button. The sales contract comes into effect when the order is confirmed. We will notify you as soon as possible via email with such confirmation. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevant information is entered into the system. We reserve the right to reject orders where incorrect information regarding the product, including prices and promotions, has been published. Arredo 2001 makes every effort to ensure that the photographs and renderings in the Arredo 2001 web store are as accurate as possible in terms of color and design. However, due to variations in the color and pattern of natural materials and individual differences in color perception, the actual color may slightly differ from what is displayed on your monitor.
'Made-to-order’ products will receive a follow-up email with an estimated delivery date, which concludes the contract with the Buyer.
(The Customer does not need to be registered to make a purchase.)
03 Delivery and shipping Information
Payment must be made after placing the order. We may withhold products or cancel the contract between us if we do not receive full payment. The product will be shipped within two business days after receiving payment if the product is in stock, as indicated in the product tab on arredo2001.com ('fast shipping available'). We make every effort to keep our online store as up-to-date as possible. If the ordered product is not in stock, the average delivery time is 4 to 12 weeks from the order date (the maximum time may vary depending on the product, as described in the product tab on arredo2001.com). However, when ordering limited edition products, the production time may be 8 to 14 weeks. The estimated delivery date is confirmed via email after acceptance by the factory.
We will ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified in the Customer's order. The delivery time within mainland Spain is up to 8 working days. Arredo 2001 is not responsible for the transportation process carried out by shipping or forwarding companies. Arredo 2001 is not liable for damages caused during transport if the Customer did not report packaging damage upon receipt of the shipment. A shipment that is undelivered for any reason will be held for collection at the carrier’s local depot (pickup point) according to the carrier's or forwarding company's rules. An uncollected order will be returned at the Customer's expense.
Only orders placed on the arredo2001.com website with delivery within mainland Spain are accepted. Transportation costs are included in the price (with curbside delivery) for purchases over €350 within mainland Spain. For orders under €350, the shipping cost is €25.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.)

Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD:
We guarantee that every transaction made on arredo2001.com is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are conducted in a secure environment. Arredo 2001 uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security technology. All information you send us is encrypted while traveling through the network.
Likewise, the details of your credit card are not stored in any database but are sent directly to the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).
Additionally, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card holders, we have incorporated the secure payment system known as CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. This way, if you have a 'secured' card, you will always be able to make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.
If your card is not enrolled in this payment system, Arredo 2001 will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD from customers with a proven history and reliability.
In both cases, when paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that corresponds to the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thereby providing greater security for the transaction.
What is CES (Secure Electronic Commerce)?
CES is a system designed to secure online transactions, promoted by Visa International, Mastercard, Microsoft, and Netscape, among others. Its main purpose is to provide greater security for both internet users and merchants selling online by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate cardholder.
In practice, when paying with a 'secured' VISA or MASTERCARD, you will be asked, in addition to the card number and expiration date, for a personal code exclusively for online purchases that uniquely identifies you as the cardholder. This way, no one can make an online purchase without knowing this code. You can identify if the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol is activated by the logos 'Verified by VISA' and 'Mastercard Secure Code'.
If you have not yet received a personal code exclusively for online payments, we recommend that you request your financial institution to enroll your cards in the Secure Electronic Commerce service. You can contact your bank or, if you are an online banking customer, you may request it directly online.
Credit card fraud is a crime, and Arredo 2001 will take legal action against anyone who engages in fraudulent transactions in our online store.
05 Right of Return
For standard products, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The right of withdrawal applies to all products except for 'made-to-order' products (see the information below regarding 'made-to-order' products).
Article 103. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: https://www.boe.es/buscar/act.php?id=BOE-A-2007-20555&tn=1&p=20150703#a103.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Varier by sending a clear notification via email to info@arredo2001.com regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
The withdrawal policy is not valid for 'made-to-order' products. These products are made exclusively for the Buyer and cannot be returned.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods in our warehouse and verify them. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
To prevent potential damage during the return, the Customer should keep the original packaging until the final purchase decision is made. The value of the goods (excluding shipping costs) will be credited to the Customer’s account using the same payment method used in the transaction, as soon as the returned goods arrive at our warehouse and are verified.
The Customer has the right to return the goods as long as they are not damaged and have not been used in any other way. Upon receiving the order, the Customer is required to inspect the delivery status in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, an appropriate report must be written to proceed with the next steps of the complaint, and photos must be taken (packaging from every side, photo of the object and damage), along with a description of the situation. Without this information, the complaint will be rejected.
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods if that loss is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish their quality, characteristics, and functionality.
To exercise your right of withdrawal/cancel the contract, send an email to:
Mail: info@arredo2001.com
Please attach a copy of all relevant documents (order confirmation, invoice, etc.).
06 Warranty
The warranty period is 2 years and begins on the day you receive the goods. We will consider a complaint within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date to Arredo 2001. This return policy only applies to goods within the warranty period and used according to the usage instructions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from product use, such as scuffs or scratches on the product’s surface, accidents, or improper care. Lacquered raw steel products are designed to have an industrial look and may therefore have minor scratches or rust spots on the surface beneath the varnish, which is not covered by the warranty. Raw products, that is, without varnish protection, may change color over time or present surface changes, which are inherent to the product (for example, "HEAT" collection products or "raw" products), and this is not subject to warranty or complaints. Marble products may have imperfections inherent to the material, as it is a natural material, and this is not covered by the warranty.
Please make a conscious choice when selecting these types of products. If you need to return the goods, inform us as soon as possible via email at: info@arredo2001.com; otherwise, the complaint will not be considered.
07 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of products purchased on the Website.
08 Privacy Policy

09 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If any clause included in these General Terms and Conditions is declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that specific provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective.
